"Catatan Si Boy" tells the story of a university student named Boy (Angga Yunanda), depicted as a handsome and wealthy man with a pleasant personality. Boy is admired by many female friends who wish to be his girlfriend. However, Boy already has a girlfriend named Nuke (Syifa Hadju), who has to continue her education abroad. While Nuke is studying abroad, she suddenly disappears and cuts off contact with Boy. Instead, Boy starts a romance with another woman named Vera (Alyssa Daguise). Vera is a new student with a beautiful face who tries to heal Boy's heartache. Then Jeffrey, Vera's ex-boyfriend, approaches Boy because he dislikes his ex being involved with Boy. One day, Nuke suddenly returns to Boy, further complicating the situation.
